myClub

Pallokalat-uimakoulu on tarkoitettu 4-6-vuotiaille lapsille, jotka osaavat sukeltaa rohkeasti veden alle, kellua ja liikkua eteenpäin uintipotkuja potkimalla. Uimakoulussa vahvistetaan edellisellä kurssilla opittuja taitoja ja harjoitellaan lisäksi myyrä- ja alkeisselkäuintia. Kurssin aikana siirrytään harjoittelemaan myös isoon altaaseen jossa vahvistetaan opetusaltaassa opittuja taitoja.

Tavoitteena on oppia uimaan 10 metriä itsenäisesti myyrä- ja alkeisselkäuintia isossa altaassa. 

Kurssitiedot ja maksaminen

Kurssin kesto on 17 kertaa lauantaisin Martinlaakson uimahallilla. Kurssin hinta on 212€ (+5€ jäsenmaksu/vuosi). Ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä maksetaan 100€ varausmaksu. Loppuhinta 112€ laskutetaan erikseen syyskussa (eräpäivä 30.9.2026). Kurssimaksu sisältää vakuutuksen sekä uimahallin sisäänpääsymaksut. Uimakoulut

• Kurssi alkaa nimenhuudolla uimahallin aulassa.
• Ohjaaja huolehtii lapsista koko uimakoulun ajan.
• Yli 7-vuotiaat koululaiset käyttävät kurssilla oman sukupuolensa mukaisia puku- ja suihkuhuonetiloja. Huomioithan, että henkilöstösyistä miesten puku- ja suihkuhuonetiloihin ei tule erillistä valvojaa Vandersin puolesta, vaan tiloissa tulee toimia itsenäisesti. Suosittelemme, että lapsen kanssa käydään tutustumassa uimahallin tiloihin ennen uimakoulun alkua.

Huomioithan

• Uintivarusteisiin kannattaa merkitä lapsen nimi, koska monilla lapsilla on esimerkiksi samanlainen uimapuku.
• Pitkät hiukset tulee sitoa kiinni.
• Ruokailusta tulee olla vähintään puoli tuntia ennen uimakoulun alkua.
• Lapsen tulee olla terve osallistuakseen uintiin, jotta muut lapset, ohjaajat sekä uimahallin muu henkilökunta pysyvät terveinä.

IN ENGLISH BELOW

Pallokalat swimming school is intended for children aged 4–6 who can confidently dive underwater, float, and move forward by kicking. The course reinforces the skills learned in the previous level and introduces basic front crawl and backstroke swimming in the childrens pool. During the course, children will also begin practicing in the large pool, where they will strengthen the skills learned in the teaching pool.

The goal is to swim 10 meters independently basic front crawl and backstroke swimming in the large pool.

Course Information and Payment

The course consists of 17 sessions held on Saturdays at Martinlaakso Swimming Hall. The course fee is 212€ (+5€ membership fee/year). At the time of registration, a 100€ reservation fee is paid. The remaining amount of 112€ will be charged separately in September (due date 30.9.2026). The course fee includes insurance and entrance to the swimming hall. Swimming school

• The course begins with a roll call in the lobby of the swimming hall.
• The instructor is responsible for the children throughout the swimming lesson.
• Children over 7 years old use the changing and shower facilities according to their gender. Please note that due to staffing reasons, there is no separate supervisor provided by Vanders in the men’s facilities. Children must manage independently there. We recommend familiarizing your child with the facilities before the course begins.

What the child needs for swimming school:

• Swimsuit
• Towel
• Swimming goggles

Please Note:

• It’s a good idea to label your child’s swimming gear, as many children may have similar swimsuits.
• Long hair must be tied back.
• There should be at least half an hour between eating and the start of the swimming school.
• The child must be healthy in order to participate in the swimming lessons, so that other children, instructors, and swimming hall staff stay healthy.
